Futures Methods Workshop 1 | 2022

The main purpose of this workshop is to assist participants to gain further insight into strategic foresight and futures thinking tools and techniques.  These tools are extremely valuable in assisting with sense making of the present and plausible futures.

The facilitator will expound on a strategic foresight and futures thinking tool or technique that will challenge your current thinking. The outcome of this session is greater clarity and  understanding about the tool or technique and how to practically apply it. 
Organisations can then use the newly acquired insights to develop and adapt their strategies and the implementation thereof.
