Tatiana Bachkirova is a Chartered
Occupational psychologist with particular
expertise in coaching psychology and
supervision. Being a Professor at Oxford
Brookes University, she also lead the
International Centre for Coaching and
Mentoring Studies. Her subject area is human
development and in particular - all aspects of
developmental coaching, coaching supervision
and qualitative research. These are what she
teaches in various programmes. She is also
an active researcher, supervising many
doctoral students.
As a coaching supervisor, Tatiana works with
individual coaches and groups, independently
and as part of internal organisational
programmes. Her other engagements include
Chairing the International Conference on
Coaching Supervision, serving on the editorial
boards of five academic journals, speaking
at national and international conferences
and events and advising on coaching research
and policies.
